All retreat deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is designed to help us secure the necessary arrangements, food, and resources for the retreat. Any cancellations necessitate significant effort to fill the vacated spots.

We understand that situations can arise unexpectedly and in true emergency situations, may honor the deposit amount towards a future retreat.
