Woman of Wild Retreat
4-DAY RETREAT | AUGUST 8-11, 2025
An all-inclusive women’s retreat in the White Mountains, NH devoted to slowing down and reconnecting with the wild woman within. Embodying her spirit is an act of reclaiming the parts of ourselves that society often urges us to suppress—our raw intuition, unapologetic self-expression, deep sensuality, inner peace, boundless joy, and the ability to take up space with confidence.
Together, in sacred sisterhood, we’ll cultivate a profound sense of connection with our most empowered selves, each other, and the wilderness that surrounds us. Through embodiment practices—including yoga, meditation, nature immersions, and guided touch—we’ll return home to the primal wisdom that is longing to be remembered.

Meet Your Guide
Cassouki is here to make sure your retreat experience leaves you feeling lighter and more connected to yourself, nature and sisterhood.
-
Cassouki is a New Hampshire native and the visionary behind The Conscious Cabin. Her work centers around calling you back to the primal wisdom of nature–to unravel, to remember, and to reclaim your most empowered self and liberate the wild woman within through movement, meditation, creativity, ritual, adventure, and play.
In this space, you are seen, held, and accepted by both community and the wilderness that surrounds you.
Cassouki’s hope is that when the distractions of everyday life begin to settle, you feel what it’s like to come home again, and maybe even remember that that home is you.
“Cassouki is deeply inspirational, like a grandmother tree in a forest, wise beyond her years, all seeing and attuned to the sacred, ancient ways, and sharing that through her loving offerings like deep roots, nourishing the community and holding herself up through reciprocity. I will hold the energy of dancing, running, laughing naked through the woods with her at the surface of my heart to radiate out and be felt by all women.”
